Continue to get the "Enter Network Password" prompt in Outlook 2007-unable to send receive email now

I've been using the Outlook 2007 software for several years.  My email is through GoDaddy and I haven't had any trouble getting the emails to send and receive through Outlook 2007 until now.  Yesterday I started getting the pop up box that says "Enter Network Password" It shows the Server name, which is correct, it shows the User Name, which is correct and it has the *** asterisks filled in with my Password.  I have erased the password and retyped it in several times to make sure it is correct and then click "ok" but nothing happens.  I get the same pop up window over and over again.  I tried changing the password on the GoDaddy side and on the Outlook side to see if that would help and it hasn't.  I'm unable to send and receive email these last two days.  I run a business from home and I need help!  Thank you!

If you have trouble with OUTLOOK 2007 (or 2010) where a network password prompt box keeps taunting youyou have to reset the account manually:

 Open Outlook like you would for checking your mail

Click on tools from the drop down menu  file   edit   view   tools   actions   help

Click on account settings

Under the email tab you have selections:  NEW           REPAIR             CHANGE

SET AS DEFAULT          REMOVE

 Click on:   CHANGE

 First section is : User  Information        (Leave this alone)

then it is:   Server information   (POP3)

Incoming mail server:                     mail.xxxxx.com  (Change to:   pop-server.xxxxx.com)

Outgoing mail server (SMTP):                                    mail.xxxxx.com  (Change to:   smtp-server.xxxxx.com)

 xxxxx =   "aol.com"  (or whatever)

Changing the word mail as shown for both In/Out will have them back in business
